Hello, I've been on a couple of times to ask questions about my membership and that I only seem to be getting half the content. I only discovered recently that there are demonstrations on Facebook. I thought that I had joined the community but am not getting notifications through my Facebook account. I'm perfectly willing to believe that my tech skills have let me down but am not sure how? Any ideas?

The demonstrations on facebook are from debbie shore sewing . Open to all and nothing to do with membership of HYSC.. Any alerts for that do not come from here but from facebook. All of the HYSC content in on this site, lives, projects, tips etc. Only club members can get that. Similarly anyone at all can see videos and projects on youtube . But not the HYSC projects which are part of membership. If you are signed in here you can see all club content. Everything here requires you to be signed in as a member. There is no link here to your facebook account. You can sign up for email alerts and a newsletter etc via the account settings here. Hope this helps.

So, it looks like you'll need to put your name and email address in the box at the start of the live stream, I can't change that I'm afraid. When the clock counts down to 16:00, refresh the page and you should see where to put your name. Is this what everyone else experienced today?

Why can’t I get the sew along today ?seems I’m not the only one, I’ve been trying for an hour.it keeps saying I need to register. I’ve been a member for 7 years, I’m so disappointed

I use my I pad …worth coming all the way out of the club and signing in again if things don’t look right. Refresh the page as well if you get in a loop. There were hundreds on the live yesterday so it definitely does work…hopefully you will have more luck today if you try to join for the birthday weekend live.
