I'm trying to make the weekend bag however the pattern pieces are confusing me, they appear to be different sizes on both sides although I can't find the measurements, please can anyone help. Many thanks

You are showing the pattern pieces for the pocket as part of the outer here as much as we can see. There are two parts to the outer. Join Part 1 and Part 2 of the outer and place on fold to cut as shown. You will need two pieces cut like this for the front and back outer and two pieces for the lining pieces for front and back. The pieces state this when joined together. Hope this helps 😊

I made a sewing Board and cover a while back but cannot find it on the system. It was using corrugated cardboard and foil. Then covered in material. I think later down the line Debbie made a cover with poppers at the end so you could remove it to wash. Can you tell me where to find either of these please. Thanks Joyce

Good morning all. Iam making the Santa Express advents calendar but iam a bit confused about the size of the engine roof (blue and white ) as it does not match the picture. I wonder if it should be 2 pieces of fabric ? Thank you

I don’t think Debbie used a walking foot on this one but you certainly could. Just practice your zig zag stitch to join the blocks together and have fun.

When I stayed with my daughter in Cornwall a couple of years ago I went to the fabric shop in Redruth and was completely hypnotised by the amount of fabric rolls they had conveniently I have more than just a few here to use and would be grateful for a few ideas on what to use them

Thank you for your suggestions I’m sorry I haven’t replied before but after the stroke I had last year my memory keeps going on the blink and I forgot how to get in here the table mats sound like a good. Idea I’ll just have to try and remember how to attach my walking foot to my machine as I like to use Bosal for bags and I find it one of the easiest things to use , so as soon as I can pursuade my brain to zap up the energy to get going I promise I’ll make a start on them
